At 143 Transfers, we keep our pricing dead simple and insanely competitive: our premium DTF is just $2.00 per square foot. Since a standard 12” x 12” adult chest design is exactly one square foot, you’re paying exactly $2.00 per large print. No hidden fees, no complicated math.
But let’s talk about what happens when you go BIG and max out one of our monster 22” x 300” gang sheets.
Imagine unrolling 22 inches by 300 inches of pure potential. Do the math (22 x 300) and you’ve got 6,600 square inches of premium printable real estate ready to be packed with your designs.
So, how much can you actually fit? If you’re running standard 12” x 12” adult sized graphics (which take up 144 square inches each), you can squeeze a whopping 45 massive prints onto a single 300 inch roll based on total area. That’s 45 full front or back graphics ready to hit the heat press.
Here’s where it gets crazy. 45 large, buttery soft transfers at our flat rate? That completely fills out the sheet for exactly $90.00 total.
Let that sink in! 🫨 You just secured 45 ready to press, full size adult prints for 90 bucks. Slap those onto your favorite blanks, and your profit margins are officially cleared for takeoff! 🚀👕
Maybe you don't need a massive 300 inch monster roll today, but you still want to maximize your margins. Let's look at our insanely popular 5 foot (22” x 60”) gang sheet using that same simple $2.00 per square foot math
Unroll 22 inches by 60 inches of premium film. That gives you 1,320 square inches of bright, buttery soft printing power to play with.
At 144 square inches per standard 12” x 12” adult chest design, you can easily squeeze 9 massive, full size graphics onto this single 5 foot sheet. (And usually, you'll still have room to tuck in a few pocket logos or neck tags in the empty spaces!)
9 large, ready to press adult transfers at our flat $2.00 rate means your entire 5 foot gang sheet costs exactly $18.00.
That’s right for less than the cost of a couple of fast food combo meals, you get 9 premium, full size prints to fulfill your orders and keep your profit margins looking absolutely beautiful.
