• Works on: 100% Cotton, Polyester, Blends, Canvas, Denim—you name it!
• Colors: Looks flawless on both light and dark garments.
• The Catch: You must have a heat press to apply these beauties.

UV DTF — The Hard Surface Hero 🥤

Best for: Tumblers, glass cans, and hard goods.
Think of UV DTF as a magic decal on steroids. It gives you a premium, glossy, raised 3D feel that is completely waterproof and scratch-resistant.

• The Vibe: High-end, permanent customization in seconds.
• Works on: Glass, metal, plastic, wood, acrylic, and ceramic.
• Colors: Pops brilliantly on any background color.
• The Catch: Zero equipment needed! No heat press required—just peel, rub it down, and stick.

Sublimation — The Ink Illusionist 👻

Best for: Light-colored polyester apparel and specially coated blanks.
Sublimation ink actually turns into a gas and permanently dyes the material. That means there is absolutely zero feel to the design—it literally becomes part of the shirt!

• The Vibe: Flawless, weightless, vintage-soft blending.
• Works on: Apparel with at least 65% polyester (100% poly for the brightest pop!) and poly-coated sublimation blanks.
• Colors: Must go on white or light colors. Sublimation doesn't print white ink, so your material color becomes the white in your design.
• The Catch: You need a heat press and very specific materials to make the magic happen.

Stickers — The Promo Powerhouse 💥

Best for: Packaging, giveaways, and slapping your brand everywhere.
These aren't heat transfers; they're high-quality, wildly colorful adhesive stickers ready for everyday fun.

• The Vibe: Instant brand recognition.
• Works on: Almost any clean, flat, or slightly curved surface (laptops, water bottles, poly mailers).
• The Catch: No equipment needed—just peel and stick!

Here is exactly what you need to know to get your artwork print-ready!

The Holy Grail of Print Files (For ALL Orders) 🏆

No matter which transfer type you are ordering, these three rules are your best friends:

• The Format: PNG is king. We need your files saved as a PNG format.
• The Background: Keep it transparent! Remove any background colors (yes, even white!) unless you actually want a giant solid square printed behind your design.
• The Quality: 300 DPI (High Resolution). No blurry Google images or tiny phone screenshots, please! Your file needs to be saved at the exact size you want it printed at 300 DPI.

Pro-Tips for Specific Transfers 💡

• DTF & UV DTF — Keep Your Edges Sharp! ✂️ Because both DTF and UV DTF lay down a solid base layer (white ink for DTF, and glue/varnish for UV), they do not like "soft" or semi-transparent edges. Avoid glowing effects, drop shadows, or fading smoke designs. Keep your lines sharp, solid, and 100% opaque for the best results!
• Sublimation — White is an Illusion 👻 Remember our Sublimation magic trick? Sublimation printers do not print white ink. If your PNG file has white text or a white graphic, it will simply be completely clear when printed. The "white" parts of your design will just be whatever color shirt or blank you press it onto!
• Stickers — Give Us Some Space 📏 If you want a specific white border (die-cut style) around your sticker, you can build that directly into your PNG file! Otherwise, make sure your artwork goes cleanly to the edges of your canvas.

STEP 1: FLAWLESS FILES ONLY ✨

(Seriously, do not skip this.) We cannot stress this enough, your transfers are only as good as the artwork you hand over. Before you even touch that builder button, make sure your PNGs are crystal clear, fully transparent, and bursting with high-res goodness. • Maximum Width: 22 inches
• Maximum Length: 300 inches

If you place your order by 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday, we will process it the exact same day. No delays, no excuses.

After Hours 🌙

Missed the cutoff during the week? No sweat. Any orders placed after 2:00 PM EST Monday through Thursday will be processed hot and fresh on the next business day.

The Weekend Rule 🍻

If you place an order after 2:00 PM EST on a Friday, or anytime over the weekend, your order will jump straight into the print queue and ship out on the next business day (which means we will get it rolling for you on Monday).

DTF — The 10-10-10 Rule 🔥

Applying DTF is all about a steady rhythm. Crank that heat press to 310°F and follow the holy trinity of tens:

• Pre-Press (10 Seconds): Hit your bare garment with the press for 10 seconds. This flattens the fibers and cooks out any sneaky moisture that could ruin your stick.
• Press the Transfer (10 Seconds): Lay your design down and press it for 10 solid seconds. (Peel the film once ready!)
• The Final Press (10 Seconds): Lay a piece of parchment paper over your freshly peeled design and hit it one last time for 10 seconds. This drives the ink into the fabric and gives you that buttery-soft, permanent finish.

Sublimation — The Wildcard 🃏

Because sublimation turns into a gas and bonds with polyester coatings, the perfect time and temp depend 100% on what you are pressing it onto. A fluffy poly tee needs totally different heat than a ceramic mug!

• The Rule: Always refer to the manufacturer's instructions for the specific blank item you are using. They will tell you the exact temperature and time needed to get that flawless, vibrant pop.

UV DTF & Stickers — The Peel & Stick Crew ✋

Keep that heat press turned off! Heat will completely melt and ruin these transfers.

• For UV DTF: Clean your hard surface (tumbler, glass, etc.), peel the backing, carefully line it up, and rub it down hard to push out any air bubbles. Peel away the clear carrier sheet, and boom—permanent, 3D magic.
• For Stickers: You already know how this works. Peel the back, slap it on your laptop or poly mailer, and admire your brand looking perfectly crispy.

No heat, no heavy machinery, just instant gratification!
